Posters
Poster board size is 120x90cm (vertical, portrait, A0 print size recommended). Poster sessions will be held on Thursday 23rd, and Wednesday 29th and finally on Thursday 30th.
Schedule, i.e. your poster day is given in the table. All the posters will be displayed throughout the School, thus your poster day only denotes the evening when the interested colleagues should be able to find you next to your poster.
Short Talks
In the table below is given the scheduling of the short talks. There are 4 evenings with 7 talks each. Talks are planned as 8 min. + 2 min. for questions. We will need to keep up this schedule tightly, so, please, try to rehearse your talk a bit in order to make it in 8.
Workshops
In the table we have also given the workshop selection. Those who subscribed to more than one workshop have been selected for only one, as the workshops are held in parallel.
