September 15 – Student Abstracts extended deadline
September 11 – COST student applications deadline: the School serves as the early stage researchers training event for COST CM1306 Molecular Machines action. Action participants are invited to apply for COST support by submitting a cover letter, short CV, a scientific abstract and contact details of one academic reference to Fraser MacMillan, COST Action Chair (molecular.machinery@uea.ac.uk) and Tomislav Vuletic (tvuletic@ifs.hr) the School Chair.
August 15 – Deadline for payment of the regular registration fee.
August 1 – Last minute registration (at a reduced fee, no deadline) for the Ph.D. students of participants to IUPAB 2014 Congress in Brisbane. Contact directly the Chair, Tom Vuletic, tvuletic@ifs.hr
August 1 – Extended regular registration deadline. Late registration fee 350€.
May 15 – Regular registration opens. Registration fee 280€. Full board accommodation is offered in Hotel Zora, the School venue ~430€ for the duration of the School.

Registration form should be emailed to biophysics2014@irb.hr. With your registration email, you may also attach the abstract of your contribution.
The contribution is not obligatory, however, in the evenings short talks (8 min. talk. +2. min discussion)) sessions will be held where students will present their work and poster sessions will follow after dinner, see Program>>>. Preregistered students contributions will be preferentially selected for talks, however, the regular participants may also apply.
June 1 – Decision on Awards and Grants. A (pre)registration fee of 200€ applies to Award & Grant applicants who were not selected, as well as to all other preregistered students. The selected EBSA Grant applicants also are due this fee (Grant covers the accommodation).
July 15 – Deadline for payment of preregistration fee.
September 27 – Dinner 18:00 hoursOpening lecture 27.09.2014. at 19:30 hours
October 6 - Closing lecture 06.10.2014. at 12:00 hours
